Does the reservation include a parking space?

Every reservation includes a free parking space in our parking lot or our private street parking spaces.
Parking is assigned by us based on availability and vehicle size.
No reservation for a specific parking spot can be made.

Does the hotel have a garage for two-wheelers?

Two secure garages are available for motorcycles and bicycles.
We always have space for bicycles.
For motorcycles, the garages have a limited number of spaces, and it's first-come, first-served. No reservations can be made.
If the garages are full or you arrive after 8:30 PM, you will be asked to park your motorcycle in our private parking lot.

How to proceed for a late arrival?

The check-in time is set to 7:00 PM at the latest.
If your arrival is after this time, we require to be notified by phone or email in advance to arrange your arrival timing or to set up a self-check-in with key handover and reserved parking space.

To summarize, we are always happy to accommodate late arrivals, provided we are informed in advance.

Can we arrive before the check-in time?

We can accommodate our guests' vehicles and luggage starting at 10:00 AM.
The rooms can then be accessed at the scheduled check-in time, i.e., 4:00 PM.

Can we get a room with a nice view?

Our hotel is located on a quiet street in the center of Saint Florent, has a parking lot, and features renovated rooms.
These are our strong points.
We want to be transparent with our customers by informing them that the views from the rooms and our exteriors are not exceptional.

Is the establishment child-friendly?

For safety reasons, our double, twin, and triple rooms cannot accommodate children under 3 years old.
The apartments and our quadruple rooms can accommodate children of any age, thanks to their adapted equipment.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, the establishment cannot accommodate pets.

Can we add an extra person to a room?

The maximum capacity of the accommodations must be strictly respected.

We do not offer extra beds, and no exceptions can be made for safety reasons.
