Check-ins are between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
However, you may arrive as early as 11:00 AM to drop off your luggage and vehicle (if space is available).
If you arrive after 7:00 PM, you MUST notify us in advance. If not, we cannot guarantee the same level of service upon your arrival.

The rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
The parking must be cleared by 2:00 PM on the day of departure.

To guarantee your reservation, a credit card number must be provided as a guarantee. A simple pre-authorization will be made.
The total amount of your stay is to be paid upon arrival.

Our double, twin, and triple rooms cannot accommodate children under 3 years old. An ID card will be requested.

Only our quadruple rooms and our apartments in the Appart'Hôtel Formula can accommodate children under 3 years old.
Accommodation capacities must be strictly respected.

Pets are not allowed.

APRIL/OCTOBER: Same conditions as below, but with a 3-day account.
MAY: Same conditions as below, but with a 5-day account.

JUNE/JULY/AUGUST/SEPTEMBER

- Cancellations or modifications more than 10 days before the arrival date are free.
- Cancellations within 10 days of the arrival date will result in the first night's full charge for stays of 2 nights or less.
For stays of 3 nights or more, 30% of the total stay amount will be charged.
- Modifications within 10 days of the arrival date will result in the full charge for the canceled nights.
- No-shows will result in the total stay charge.
